摘  要:目的:以头颅三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(3D-TOF MRA)图像为切入点,基于3D-TOF横断面图像及血管重建图像对不同医用磁共振成像(MRI)设备进行临床图像质量评价与对比研究。方法:回顾性分析2017年5月至2018年8月全国25家医疗机构,基于6种国内外品牌9种机型的1.5T和3.0T磁共振所采集的260例患者头颅3D-TOF MRA有效图像资料。将所有图像资料通过锐达医疗网络平台、百度网盘及光盘形式以DICOM图像格式传输至医院数据处理中心进行分析。基于美国放射学会(ACR)MRI图像质量认证指南内容,采用李克特五级量表评分法对1.5T与3.0T磁共振各序列图像进行临床图像质量评价及对比研究。结果:在3D-TOF横断面图像的动脉与背景组织对比良好、动脉信号一致和血管重建图像的动脉信号一致3项图像质量评价指标中,3.0T样本明显优于1.5T样本。在1.5T和3.0T的MRI设备样本中进行国内与国外各品牌设备图像质量间的对比,以联影、奥泰为代表的国产医用MRI设备图像质量不低于国外进口设备,且部分指标优于国外进口品牌。结论:在头颅3D-TOF MRA成像中,3.0T的MRI设备临床图像质量明显优于1.5T设备,而相同场强下,国产MRI设备临床图像质量不低于国外进口品牌,且部分指标优于国外进口品牌。Objective:To implement quality evaluation and comparative study of clinical images for different medical magnetic resonance image(MRI)equipment based on 3D-TO cross-section image and reformatted images of vascular,which used three-dimensional time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography 3D-TOF MRA images of brain as entry point.Methods:From May 2017 to August 2018,the eligible 3D-TOF MRA image data of 260 patients,which were collected from 1.5T and 3.0T of 9 types of models of 6 domestic and overseas brands of 25 medical institutions and centers across the country,were retrospectively analyzed.All of image data were transmitted to data processing center of hospital by Radmedical■Network Platform,Baidu■Netdisk and CD-ROM as DICOM picture format for further analysis.Based on the content of the guide of image quality of American College Radiology(ACR),and Likert fivepoint scale was adopted to implement quality evaluation and comparative study about clinical images for each sequence image of 1.5T and 3.0T magnetic resonance.Results:In three evaluation indicators of images quality which included“good artery to background contrast”and“uniform artery signal”of 3D-TOF cross section images,and“uniform artery signal”of reformatted images of vascular,the indicators of 3.0T samples were significantly better than those of 1.5T samples.In the comparison of image quality of domestic and overseas equipments with various brands of 1.5T and 3.0T MRI equipment samples,the image qualities of domestic medical MRI equipments,such as United Imaging and Alltech,were no less than those of foreign imported equipments,and some indicators of domestic brands even were better than those of foreign brands.Conclusion:In 3D-TOF MRA imaging for brain,the clinical image quality of 3.0T MRI equipment is significantly better than that of 1.5T equipment.While under the same magnetic field,the clinical image qualities of domestic medical MRI equipments are no less than those of foreign brands,and some indicators of domestic brands are
