摘　　要：目的:开发设计医疗机构药品及耗材信息管理系统软件,以加强药品及耗材的信息规范化和数字化管理,提高药品及耗材管理工作效率。方法:使用Python编程语言作为前端开发工具,以MySQL作为后台数据库,采用客户机与服务器(C/S)和浏览器与服务器(B/S)混合模式构建系统,开发设计医疗机构药品及耗材信息管理系统软件。结果:开发设计的医疗机构药品及耗材信息管理系统软件具备药品及耗材信息添加、修改、删除和查询等基本功能,并能进行统计、筛选和绘制图表等操作,系统界面设计简洁,操作简便,占用空间小,使得冗杂繁琐的药品及耗材信息管理工作规范化、简单化。软件鲁棒性强,运行优良,测试效果基本能实现药品及耗材信息管理工作的需求。结论:医疗机构药品及耗材信息管理系统软件能够实现基本的药品及耗材信息管理功能,并使得药品及耗材的筛选、统计和分析工作更加方便快捷,有效提升药品及耗材信息管理工作的信息化管理水平。Objective:To develop and design information management system software of pharmaceuticals and consumables in medical institutions so as to strengthen the standardized and digital management of pharmaceuticals and consumable,and to improve the work efficiency of management for pharmaceuticals and consumables.Methods:Using Python programming language as the front-end development tool,and using MySQL as the backend database.And the mixed mode of client and server(C/S)and browser and server(B/S)was used to build the system,and to develop and design information management system software of pharmaceuticals and consumables of medical institutions.Results:The developed and designed information management system software of pharmaceuticals and consumables of medical institutions possessed series of basic functions included addition,modification,deletion and query and so on for the information of pharmaceuticals and consumables,and it could implement statistics,screening and drawing diagram and other operations.And the design of system interface was concise,and it was convenient in operation.And it occupied small space,and achieved standardization and simplification for tedious information management of pharmaceuticals and consumables.Besides,it was robust,and its run was well,and its test results could basically meet the requirements of information management for pharmaceuticals and consumables.Conclusion:The software of information management system for pharmaceuticals and consumables in medical institutions can realize the basic function of information management for pharmaceuticals and consumables,and it can more conveniently and efficiently achieve the screening,statistics and analysis for pharmaceuticals and consumables.It effectively improves the level of information management of pharmaceuticals and consumables.
