摘　　要：目的:探讨基于医疗卫生信息与管理系统协会(HIMSS)7级认证信息化平台的信息化管理,实现对体内含有金属植入物患者行磁共振检查流程的优化改善。方法:针对医院门诊患者集中反馈的含金属植入物行磁共振检查造成患者往返就医的问题,应用品管圈等管理手段,建立植入物信息数据库,整合不同维度信息流程,打造医院信息化管理辅助临床科室的信息系统闭环路径,提升患者就医体验。结果:基于信息闭环管理优化的就诊检查流程,在含体内植入物患者磁共振就诊时,采用门诊提出检查申请,经医生和放射科2步信息化确认的方式,替代既往反复查阅资料的重复就诊模式,极大提高了临床就诊效率。结论:基于HIMSS7的信息化平台可助力医技科室检查流程,完善信息化建设统一标准,提升医院整体医疗服务质量和水平。Objective:To explore how to improve magnetic resonance(MR)examination procedure for patients with implantation materials in vivo based on Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society(HIMMS)7 information platform.Methods:Aimed at the problems that patients spend many times on MR examination procedure when they carried metal implantation materials to underwent MR examination,this paper applied quality control circle management methods to establish information database of implantation materials,to integrate information procedure with different dimension,to build a closed loop pathway of information system of assistant clinical department with informatization management of hospital,and to improve the experience of patients in undergoing examination.Results:Based on the optimizing examination procedure by closed-loop management of information,the mode,that examination application was proposed at outpatient department and this application was confirmed by 2 steps included doctor and radiological department,was adopted to replace repeated diagnosis with repeated searching data when patients with implantation materials underwent MR examination.This mode extremely increased efficiency of clinical diagnosis.Conclusion:The HIMSS7 information platform can help examination procedure for medical laboratory,and improve uniform standard for informatization construction,and enhance quality and level of comprehensive medical service of hospital.
