摘　　要：目的:探索医院现代医疗设备全寿命周期精细化管理的途径与对策。方法:分析国内医院医疗设备管理现状,对照医院等级评审的9个评审项目中36个评审要点,建立3级分级管理模式,完善管理制度;运用全面生产维护(TPM)理论和戴明(PDCA)循环法等现代管理工具实现全面管理;从硬件设施和软件系统2个层面提出信息技术管理思路,实现医疗设备高效管理;推进人才建设实现专业管理。结果:现代管理工具、规范管理制度、先进管理平台及合理人才团队等措施的实施提升了医院整体设备管理水平。依托信息技术搭建的设备信息采集系统和基于大数据的信息化管理系统,实现了设备在用情况、受检患者数量以及不同部位检测数量等详细信息的实时掌握和精准管理。结论:医疗设备全寿命周期精细化管理方法能够有效提升医疗设备日常管理水平,发挥医疗设备使用效能,确保医疗质量和医疗安全。Objective:To explore the pathway and countermeasure of refined management of the life-cycle of modern medical equipment in hospital.Methods:By analyzing the current situation of medical equipment management in domestic hospitals,this paper established a hierarchical management model with three grades and improved the management system by comparing with 36 key points of 9 review items of hospital grade.Secondly,modern management tools such as total productive maintenance(TPM)theory and Deming cycle(PDCA)method were used to realize comprehensive management.Thirdly,the idea of information technology management was proposed from two layers included hardware facilities and software systems so as to realize highly efficient management for medical equipment.Finally,the talent construction was controlled to implement the professional management.Results:The implementations of modern management tools,standard management system,advanced management platform,reasonable talent team and other measurements were all contributed to promote the whole level of equipment management in hospital.The information collection system of equipments based on information technique and informatization management system based on big data realized real-time grasp and accuracy management for using situation of equipment,the number of patients who received examination,the test number of different parts and other details information.Conclusion:The refined management of life-cycle of medical equipment can effectively promote the routine management level of medical equipment,as well as exert its application performance,and ensure the medical quality and medical safety.
