摘　　要：长三角三省一市要通过打造现代化经济体系、包容性创新体系、可持续生态体系、一体化市场体系,形成共享型的利益分配体系和高效能的区域治理体系,加快建设最具影响力和带动力的强劲活跃增长极,率先实现质量变革、效率变革和动力变革,为新时代全国实现高质量发展发挥示范引领效应。The three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta should build a modernized economic system,an inclusive innovation system,a sustainable ecological system,and an integrated market system to form a shared benefit distribution system and a high-efficiency regional governance system,to accelerate the construction of the most influential and dynamic strong growth poles,to take the lead in achieving quality change,efficiency change and power change,and play a leading role in achieving high quality development in the new era.
