摘　　要：尿素颗粒经过筛分和皮带运输过程中会有很多漏料及粉尘的产生,这是影响尿素成品产量和尿素成本的重要因素之一。落地料的控制不仅与系统控制有关,同时还受到设备是否符合规格等一系列因素的影响。通过分析产生尿素落地料的原因,提出相关处理措施,从而提高成品尿素的产量和降低尿素成本。There are many leakages and dusts in the process of sieving and belt transportation of urea granules,which is one of the important factors affecting the yield of urea products and the cost of urea.The control of the floor material is not only related to system control,but also affected by a series of factors such as whether the equipment meets specifications.This paper analyzes the reasons for the urea floor material and proposes relevant treatment measures to improve the yield of finished urea and reduce the cost of urea.
