摘　　要：2005年,海油富岛化肥二期因尿素粉尘多的问题,在原有甲醛系统基础上改造了UF系统,运行十多年以来,系统非常稳定,粉尘得到有效遏制。通过本次改造情况介绍了UF系统在大颗粒尿素生产中的应用情况。In 2005,the phase II fertilizer project at CNOOC Fudao Co.,Ltd.was renovated from the original formaldehyde system to UF system,due to the large amount of dust in urea.The new UF system is extremely stable after running for more than 10 years.And the urea dust problems are curbed effectively.This paper introduces the application of UF system in the production of granular urea.
