摘　　要：在过去的40a里,我国石油化学工业已发展成为一个车间式工厂,可以将简单的化学品加工成种类齐全的化工产品。但是,受设备存在隐患事故危险、设备通风和污水处理装置的不正确配置、非法的指挥和行动、安全措施或维护操作中安全措施的不完善等因素影响,石油化工企业不时发生许多急性中毒事故,职业危害仍然十分严重。In the past 40 years,China’s petrochemical industry has developed into a workshop-type factory,which can process simple chemicals into a full range of chemical products.However,many acute poisoning accidents occur from time to time in petrochemical enterprises,and occupational hazards are still very serious,due to the hidden dangers in equipment management,incorrect allocation of equipment ventilation and sewage treatment devices,illegal command and action,imperfect safety measures or maintenance operation,etc.Serious.
