半贫液泵振动过大的原因分析及应对措施

摘　　要：现阶段,我国经济发展非常迅猛。作为推进我国经济收益的重要单位,石化企业常常在脱碳处理中大量应用半贫液泵,但是在工作过程中,半贫液泵经常出现振动问题,相关工作人员必须要正确判断可能造成半贫液泵振动的原因,同时根据其原因寻找相应的解决措施。就某化工厂中的半贫液泵振动过大的情况以及原因进行了简单叙述,同时结合其存在的问题进行了措施分析。At this stage,China’s economic development is very rapid.As an important unit to promote the economic benefits of our country,petrochemical enterprises often use semi-lean liquid pumps in decarbonization treatment.However,during the working process,vibration problems often occur in semi-lean liquid pumps.Relevant workers must correctly judge the possible causes of vibration of semi-lean liquid pumps,and find out the corresponding solutions according to the causes.Decisive measures.Next,this paper briefly describes the situation and causes of excessive vibration of semi-lean liquid pump in a chemical plant in the region,and analyses the measures combined with the existing problems.
