摘　　要：介绍串联式干气密封结构及工作原理,分析造成低压缸干气密封一级泄漏气流量增大的原因及解决方法。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of tandem dry gas seals,and analyzes the causes and solutions for the increase of the first-stage leaking gas flow in the low-pressure cylinder dry gas seal.
