摘 要:高含硫气田属高含硫化氢酸性气田,地面集输工程工艺复杂,且硫化氢为有毒性气体,气田生产危险性高。为保障气田生产安全,在各井站均需设置安全放空火炬作为生产过程中的安全排放设施。高含硫气田放空火炬控制系统均为基于PLC的小型控制系统,实现火焰监测、火炬点火、熄火后自动点火等功能。以元坝气田地面集工程火炬系统为研究背景,从检测器件、控制逻辑、报警方式等多方面为出发点,分析了原系统的不足,并提出了相应优化方案,为高含硫气田生产提供可靠的安全保障。High-sulfur gas fields are high-hydrogen sulfide-containing acid gas fields.The process of ground gathering and transportation engineering is complex,and hydrogen sulfide is a toxic gas.The production of gas fields is dangerous.To ensure the safety of gas field production,safe venting is required at each well station.The torch serves as a safe discharge facility in the production process.The high-sulfur gas field venting flare control system is a small PLC-based control system that realizes functions such as flame monitoring,torch ignition,and automatic ignition after flameout.This paper takes the flare system of the ground-collecting engineering in Yuanba gas field as the research background,from the detection device,control logic,alarm mode and other aspects as the starting point,analyzes the inadequacies of the original system,and proposes the corresponding optimization scheme for the high-sulfur gas field.Production provides reliable security.
