摘　　要：分离并鉴定中国东海海蟑螂中的化学成分,利用多次硅胶柱层析、薄层层析、反向柱层析、重结晶等多种分离方法,分离得到化合物若干,运用现代波谱技术(UV,IR,NMR,MS等)以及标准品和文献对照。鉴定了其中2个化合物为胆甾醇、对羟基苯甲醛,这两个化合物均首次从中国东海海蟑螂中分离得到,因此丰富了中国东海海蟑螂的研究,为进一步开展中国东海海蟑螂的研究奠定基础。This study isolated and identified the chemical constituents in the Chinese sea otter in the East China Sea.Several silica gel column chromatography,thin layer chromatography,reverse column chromatography,recrystallization and other separation methods were used to separate the compounds.Spectroscopic techniques(UV,IR,NMR,MS,etc.)as well as standards and literature controls.Two of the compounds were identified as cholesterol and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde.These two compounds were isolated from the Chinese East China Sea otter for the first time.This study enriched the study of sea otters in the East China Sea,and further research on sea otters in the East China Sea.Lay the foundation.
