摘　　要：航空油料管理系统是油料运作的重要组成部分,随着业务发展出现了一些问题与不足,如自动化水平和信息化程度较低及财务结算效率较弱等。为此,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,中国航油计划引入智慧加油系统,进行系统优化,实现数据质量提升、业务电子化、财务结算智能化、网络实时监控和大数据分析等功能,为中国航油与客户创造双赢局面,不断提升中国航油的竞争力。The aviation fuel management system is an important part of oil operation.With the development of the business,there are some problems and deficiencies,such as:low automation level and informatization,and weak financial settlement efficiency.To this end,based on the experience of foreign countries,China Aviation Oil plans to introduce a smart fueling system to optimize the system to achieve data quality improvement,business electronicization,financial settlement intelligence,network real-time monitoring and big data analysis.China Aviation Oil and its customers create a win-win situation and continuously improve the competitiveness of China Aviation Oil.
