摘  要:以A公司为例,首先阐述了双加压法稀硝酸装置工艺流程,其次分析了稀硝酸装置适宜采用的节能减排技术,最后说明了稀硝酸装置开车过程的优化,对双加压硝酸装置的节能技术进行了相应的探讨。结果表明,优化调整稀硝酸装置吸收工艺后,吸收效率有了有效的提高,稀硝酸装置开车过程优化后,在不会浪费氨和蒸汽的同时缩短了开车时间。This paper takes Company A as an example.Firstly,the process flow of the double-pressurized dilute nitric acid plant is described.Secondly,the energy-saving and emission-reducing technology suitable for the dilute nitric acid plant is analyzed.Finally,the optimization of the driving process of the dilute nitric acid plant is described.The energy-saving technology of the pressure nitric acid plant was discussed accordingly.After optimizing the absorption process of the dilute nitric acid unit,the absorption efficiency is effectively improved.After the optimization process of the dilute nitric acid unit is driven,the driving time is shortened without wasting ammonia and steam.
