摘　　要：锁骨下动脉狭窄在临床诊治上常被忽视,其临床表现包括椎-基底动脉供血不全和上肢缺血,使用内乳动脉行冠状动脉旁路移植术后的患者常可出现心肌缺血症状。血压检查和影像学检查手段有助于确诊。血管内介入支架置入术、外科血管重建手术为治疗此疾病的主要手段。Subclavian artery stenosis is often neglected in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Its clinical manifestations include vertebrobasilar insufficiency and upper limb ischemia.Myocardial ischemia often occurs in patients who used the internal mammary artery for coronary bypass surgery.Blood pressure examination and non-invasive imaging examination are helpful for the diagnosis.Endovascular stent implantation and surgical vascular reconstruction are the main methods for the treatment of this disease.
