摘 要:为了解决高机动雷达电子机箱在恶劣环境条件下的散热问题,开展了加固密闭式机箱的热设计工作。对加固密闭式机箱采取外部强迫风冷方案进行分析计算,对高热流密度的插件布置热管,再通过NX8.5软件热仿真优化冷板和风机选型。最后通过试验测试表明,该方法在提高机箱环境适应性的同时,不仅改善了电子屏蔽性能,而且有效地解决了机箱内电子设备散热问题。In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of the high-mobility radar electronic chassis under harsh environment,the thermal design work of the reinforced closed chassis was carried out.The external forced air cooling scheme was adopted to analyze and calculate the reinforced airtight enclosure,and the heat pipes were arranged for the plug-ins with high heat flux,and then the cold plate and fan selection were optimized by NX8.5 software thermal simulation.Finally,the experimental results show that this method not only improves the environmental adaptability of the chassis,but also improves the electronic shielding performance and effectively solves the problem of heat dissipation of the electronic equipment in the chassis.
