摘　　要：目的了解茯苓的化学成分、药理活性及临床应用方面的研究进展,为茯苓功效的提炼发展及开发研究提供参考依据。方法通过查阅文献,对茯苓的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行综述。结果茯苓主要含三萜类和多糖类2种化合物,具有利尿、抗炎和保肝等药理作用。茯苓炮制相关研究较少,临床上主要用于慢性盆腔炎、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿/肿瘤、乳腺增生、多囊卵巢综合征、原发性痛经、盆腔炎、异位妊娠、药物流产、痛经、子宫内膜异位症和冠心病12种疾病的预防与治疗。结论茯苓功效广泛,与适宜的药物配伍,不论寒、温、风、湿诸疾,均能发挥其独特功效。Objective In order to understand the advances of chemical components,pharmacological activities and clinical application of Poria cocos and provide a reference for its development.Methods The chemical components,pharmacological activity and clinical application of Poria cocos were reviewed by consulting published articles in this paper.Results Poria cocos mainly contains triterpenes and polysaccharides.Its pharmacological activities include diuresis,antiinflammatory,liver protection and so on.There are a few researches on processing Poria cocos.It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of 12 diseases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,hysteromyoma,ovarian cysts/tumor,hyperplasia of mamrmary glands,polycystic ovary syndrome,primary dysmenorrhea,pelvic inflammatory disease,ectopic pregnancy,drug abortion,dysmenorrhea,endometriosis,and coronary heart disease.Conclusion Poria cocos has a wide range of efficacies,and is compatible effectively with appropriate drugs for the treatment of diseases induced by cold,warm,wind,and dampness.
