摘 要:论文简述了硅藻转换函数建立过程及因子分析和回归模型等基础理论,同时回顾了国内外近几十年硅藻转换函数的应用。国外转换函数的应用已较为成熟,目前国内硅藻转换函数在湖泊中应用较为深入,部分区域湖泊的总磷、盐度数据库已建立。在海洋和河口区中应用尚显单薄,环境数据库均未建立。今后研究方向为完善各地区环境数据库,为后续古环境定量研究打好基础。This paper reviews recent applications of the diatom transfer function in China and internationally including a brief introduction to the basic theories of the diatom transfer function,factor analysis and the regression model.Applications of the diatom transfer function have been more extensive internationally and in the study of lakes,and databases for the total phosphorus and salinity of some regional lakes have been established.Applications in the ocean and in estuaries are still relatively infrequent,and corresponding environmental databases have not been established.Future research directions include expanding the coverage of regional environmental databases and improving their quality,which will lay a good foundation for subsequent studies of past and ancient environments.
