摘　　要：[目的]了解髋关节置换术(THR)病人出院准备度现状及影响因素。[方法]便利选取3所医院181例THR出院病人,采用中文版出院准备度量表、中文版出院指导质量量表评估病人出院准备情况。[结果]THR病人出院准备度总分为(159.51±18.01)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析和多元线性回归分析显示:出院指导质量、婚姻状况、医疗费用支付方式、工作情况是THR病人出院准备度的主要影响因素。[结论]THR病人出院准备度处于中等水平,医护人员应对THR出院病人进行个体化的出院指导,满足病人对疾病知识的需求,降低出院后并发症发生率,加快病人康复进程。Objective:To understand the status quo of the readiness for hospital discharge(RHD)in patients undergoing total hip replacement(THR),and to explore the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 181 patients undergoing THR were enrolled from 3 hospitals in this study.Patients′RHD was assessed with Chinese version of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale.Results:The total score of RHD was 159.51±18.01,which was at a medium level.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that the quality of discharge teaching,marital status,hospitalization expenses and employment status were the main influencing factors of RHD in THR patients.Conclusions:The RHD of THR patients was at a medium level.The medical staff should provide individualized discharge guidance for THR patients to meet the patient′s need for disease knowledge,reduce the incidence of complications after discharge,and accelerate the patient′s recovery process.
