推进农村一二三产业深度融合发展——以湖南省郴州市为例

摘　　要：产业兴旺是乡村振兴的经济基础。在农业迈向高质量发展新时代,农村一二三产业协同发展是提高农业生产集约化、专业化、社会化水平重要途径。郴州作为农业大市,农村三产对接融合有一些实践探索,但存在着农业生产集约化水平不高,农业接二连三、跨二进三发展空间难以拓展,产业融合的外部环境尚待改善等问题,需要从培育新型主体、激活生产要素、推进产业集聚、加大财政投入等路径推动。Industrial prosperity is the economic basis of rural revitalization.In the new era of high-quality agricultural development,the coordinated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is an important way to improve the intensification,specialization and socialization of agricultural production.Chenzhou as agricultural city,rural tertiary industry butt fusion has some practice,but there are intensive agricultural production level is not high,after a spate of agriculture,across two into three development space to expand,the external environment of industrial convergence is yet to be improved,need to foster new subject,activate the factors of production,promote industrial concentration,increase financial input path.
