摘  要:糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一类由多种因素导致的以血糖升高为基本特征的慢性代谢性疾病。目前在全世界范围内糖尿病发病率日渐增高,由糖尿病引起的大脑白质纤维微结构异常也随之增多。应用传统的MRI检查方法不能检测到早期的大脑白质纤维完整性变化,而应用弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)技术可以检测糖尿病患者早期大脑白质微结构完整性。本文就DTI在糖尿病脑白质损伤中的应用做一综述,为评估糖尿病患者大脑白质微结构改变情况提供客观的影像学依据。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a kind of chronic metabolic disease which is caused by many factors and is characterized by elevated blood glucose.At present,the incidence of diabetes is increasing worldwide,and the abnormalities of white matter fiber microstructure caused by diabetes are also increasing.While traditional MRI methods are not able to detect early changes in the fibrous integrity of the brain's white matter,their microstructural integrity can be measured using diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in patients with diabetes.In this paper,the application of DTI in the treatment of diabetic white matter injury was reviewed,so as to provide an objective imaging basis for the evaluation of the changes in the microstructure of diabetic white matter.
