摘  要:目的探讨新生儿急性胆红素脑病振幅整合脑电图异常情况及其与磁共振的相关性。方法选择2013-02—2018-02周口市中心医院NICU收治的资料完整的32例急性胆红素脑病足月儿为病例组,以同期本院出生的32例正常足月新生儿为对照组,2组入室后给予振幅整合脑电图监测及头颅MRI平扫。结果病例组aEEG异常发生率明显高于对照组(χ2=39.65,P<0.01),aEEG异常程度越重,MRI异常率越高(χ2=47.55,P<0.01);aEEG异常程度与MRI异常发生率显著相关(r=0.84,P<0.001)。结论aEEG可早期反映急性期胆红素脑病的脑功能状态,结合临床神经系统检查和头颅MRI检查,可提高胆红素脑病早期病情判断的准确性,为临床早期干预、减少后遗症发生提供依据。Objective To investigate the amplitude-integrated EEG abnormalities of neonatal acute bilirubin encephalopathy and its correlation with magnetic resonance imaging.Methods A total of 32 cases of acute bilirubin encephalopathy were enrolled in the NICU of Zhoukou Central Hospital from Februaty 2013 to February 2018.32 cases of normal term newborns born in this hospital were used as the control group.Two groups were enrolled in the room and given amplitude integrated EEG monitoring,and the head MRI was scanned.Results The incidence of aEEG abnormalities in children with acute bilirubin encephalopathy was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=39.65,P<0.01).The more abnormal aEEG,the higher the abnormal rate of MRI(χ2=47.55,P<0.01),and aEEG The degree of abnormality was significantly correlated with the incidence of MRI abnormalities(r=0.84,P<0.001).Conclusion aEEG can reflect the brain function status of acute bilirubin encephalopathy at an early stage.Combined with clinical neurological examination and head MRI examination,it can improve the accuracy of early judgment of bilirubin encephalopathy,and provide a reliable basis for early clinical intervention and reduction of sequelae.
