摘　　要：大型强度试验的成本高、时间长,试验流程错综复杂,在企业运行过程中需不断根据外部环境的要求对试验业务流程进行改革。本文针对强度所面临的质量体系标准升级这种外部环境要求,提出了基于Windchill系统的试验工作流程动态配置与管理方案,建立了适应企业发展的试验业务自动化流程,为产品在设计、制造、试验阶段进行全过程的统一数据管理与流程管理提供了建设思路。The large-scale strength test has high cost and long time,and the test process is complicated.In the operation process of the enterprise,the test business process needs to be continuously reformed according to the requirements of the external environment.In order to upgrade the external environment requirements for the quality system standards faced by the strength,this paper proposes a test workflow configuration and management plan based on Windchill system,and establishes a test business automation process suitable for enterprise development.It provides a construction idea for the unified data management and process management of the whole process in the design,manufacturing and testing phases.
