摘  要:通过对被测信号的单应变片提取方式与全桥提取方式的特点比较,剖析了单应变片提取信号所面临的诸多不利因素,设法改进后续调理单路,以求获得比一般应变仪依赖桥盒电阻匹配组桥方式更稳定、更精确的测量效果。By comparing the characteristics of the single strain gauge extraction method with the full bridge extraction method of the measured signal,this paper analyzed many unfavorable factors faced by the single strain gauge extraction signal,and tried to improve the subsequent conditioning single way in order to obtain more stable and accurate measurement results than the general strain gauge relying on bridge box resistance matching method.
