摘 要:航空发动机的重要特性之一就是快速、可靠的起动,其配装的起动机性能就是影响发动机起动过程的直接因素。本文介绍了某两型燃气涡轮起动机,将其配装在同飞机同发动机进行平原地区地面起动试验,并对试验结果进行了详细的分析对比,为起动机的优化提供数据支持。研究表明,两型起动机与发动机共同工作均能完成稳定起动过程;起动过程中,两型起动机的燃气发生器自持转速和排气温度无明显差异;两型发动机相比,B型起动机的起动性能有所改善,但在平原地区其优化幅度较小;提高起动机功率,可有效提高带转发动机转速上升率,点火更快,点火时间更短,起动更快速。One of the important characteristics of an aero-engine is the fast and reliable start-up.The performance of the installed starter is a direct factor affecting the engine starting process.This paper introduces a two-type gas turbine starter,which is equipped with the same aircraft and the engine for ground start test in the plain area,and the test results are analyzed and compared in detail,providing data support for the optimization of the starter.The research shows that a)the two types of starter and the engine can work together to complete the stable starting process;b)during the starting process,the two types of starter gas generators have no significant difference between the self-sustaining speed and the exhaust temperature;c)two-type engine Compared with the starting performance of the B-type starter,the optimization range is small in the plain area;d)the power of the starter is improved,the speed of the engine with the rotating speed can be effectively increased,the ignition is faster,and the ignition time is shorter,then start faster.
