摘  要:全机静力试验中,结构反复经受加载-卸载-再加载,甚至会出现紧急情况下的瞬间卸载,损伤不断累积会导致结构提前破坏。本文针对全机静力试验中不同试验工况下的塑性变形问题,结合试验工况的连续性,提出一种基于包申格效应的数据分析方法,综合分析结构历史载荷、应变数据,明确飞机结构健康状态,提高试验数据利用率,保证了试验的准确性。In the full-scale aircraft static test,the structure is subjected to repeated loading,unloading and reloading,and even instantaneous unloading in case of emergency.The accumulation of damage will lead to premature structural damage.In this paper,aiming at the plastic deformation under different test conditions in the full-scale aircraft static test,combined with the continuity of test conditions,a data annlysis method based on the Bauschinger Effect was proposed.By comprehensively analyzing the historical load and strain data of the structrue,the health status of the aircraft structure was determined,and the utilization rate of test data was improved.
