摘 要:航空产品结构强度试验时,在地面布置3个通用型拉绳式位移传感器,与试验件上的测量点构成四面体。通过测量3个位移传感器在试验件变形过程中的变化值,可以求解出任意时刻试验件在机体坐标系下的绝对位移。这解决了某型飞机主起落架内舱门结构试验时变形位移测量的难题,同时也为小空间或通用型传感器在特定环境下无法安装时的位移测量提供了解决方案。本文以某型飞机主起落架内舱门结构试验为例进行测量,测量数据准确,测量精度满足试验需求。In aircraft structural strength test,three universal cable-pulled displacement sensors are pre-arranged on the ground,constructing tetrahedron with measuring point on test piece.By measuring the changes of three displacement sensors in the deformation process of the test piece,the absolute displacement of the test piece at any time in the body coordinate system can be measured.This method solves the difficult problem of measuring the deformation and displacement of the main landing gear inner door structure during the structural test of a certain type of aircraft.At the same time,it also provides a solution for displacement measurement of small space or general sensor when it can not be installed in a specific environment.This paper takes the structural test of the inner door of the main landing gear of a certain type of aircraft as an example to measure.The measurement data are accurate and the measurement accuracy meets the test requirements.
