摘 要:双垂尾结构静强度考核是全尺寸飞机结构静强度验证试验中的重要考核项目之一。双垂尾结构的飞机由于其气动布局的影响,垂尾试验载荷施加与其他结构相互干涉。本文根据垂尾试验载荷的难点,设计研发了通用型垂尾试验承载系统,采用胶布带-杠杆系统结合拉压双向载荷施加装置,确保垂尾载荷施加。同时,在承载系统的基础上,解决了试验中位移测量的安装、试验件与加载设备的重量扣除的问题。该技术的实现有效地避免了干涉问题,并成功应用于全尺寸飞机结构静强度试验中,取得了良好的效果,对后续的双垂尾结构强度试验具有一定的借鉴意义。The static strength test of twin vertical fin structure is one of the most important items in the static strength test of full-scale aircraft structure.Due to the influence of its aerodynamic layout.The vertical fin test load of the aircraft interfere with other structure.In this paper,a general vertical fin test carrying system using adhesive tape-lever system with a loading device in both tension and compression direction is designed according to the difficulties of vertical fin test load.At the same time,on the basis of the carrying system,the problems of installation of displacement measurement,weight deduction of test object and loading equipment are solved.The realization of this technology effectively avoids interference problems,and is successfully applied to the static strength test of fullscale aircraft structure with fine results,with has certain reference significance for the subsequent test of twin vertical fin structure.
