摘 要:根据优肤美纤维和木代尔纤维的特性进行混纺,就原料选配、纺纱流程和细纱主要工艺进行了分析,并着重对细纱关键工艺,如细纱牵伸倍数、细纱捻系数、粗纱捻系数及粗纱定量四因素选取不同水平,进行正交试验,以混纺纱的断裂强度、强度不匀CV值、条干CV值为测试指标,得出优肤美/木代尔混纺细纱的较优工艺为:细纱牵伸倍数1.214,细纱捻系数330,粗纱捻系数52,粗纱定量4.3 g/10 cm,可得到较优成纱质量水平。The optimal umorfil fiber and modal fiber properties of its blending technology were studied,the raw material selection,spinning process and main process were analyzed,and different levels of spinning draft distribution,yarn twist factor,roving twist factor and roving quantitative,were selected for orthogonal test,took breaking strength,uneven strength and yarn evenness CV value as the test index,determined the optimum configuration of yarn quality is multiple draft of yarn 1.214,spun yarn twist 330,rough yarn twist 52,rough yarn quantify 4.3 g/10 cm,obtained the best yarn quality level.
