摘  要:针对现阶段布袋因结露糊袋导致除尘器压差过大,布袋失效情况,该文主要从滤料性能、工况烟气条件以及除尘器操作方面等因素进行分析,了解造成布袋糊袋失效的本质原因。同时,通过对滤料进行特殊的后处理试验,降低布袋结露糊袋的可能。For the current stage,the pressure difference of the precipitator is too large due to the condensation bag.The text is mainly analyzed from factors such as filter material performance,working condition flue gas conditions and dust collector operation,to understand the essential causes of bag failure.At the same time,through the special post-treatment test of the filter material,the possibility of the condensation bag is reduced.
