摘 要:针对抽油机井电动机装机功率大,导致直接启动时电流高、扭矩大以及能耗高的问题,开展了抽油机井电动机软启动运行试验。利用电动机Y—Δ降压软启动等技术,可降低输入电压,保证电动机装机功率下降后的设备安全运行。现场试验表明,软启动运行时,电动机速度与扭矩均从零呈匀加速状态递增,最大扭矩值小于直接启动的最大扭矩值,减小电动机的启动电流,消除电动机直接启动时所产生的冲击载荷对抽油机的影响,从而实现提高电动机效率和功率因数、减少运行能耗的目的。应用降压软启动技术可使电动机装机功率下降40%,启动电流峰值下降16%,节能效果显著。Subject: In order to solve the problems of high current, high torque and high energy consumption caused by the high installed power of pumping wells motor, the soft start operation test of pumping wells motor was carried out. The safe operation of the motor after the power of the motor was reduced was guaranteed by using the method characteristics of Y-step-down soft start of the motor. Field tests show that soft start operation can reduce the maximum torque value during static start-up of pumping wells, reduce the starting current of the motor,eliminate the impact load caused by the hard characteristics of direct start-up of the motor on the pumping unit equipment, thus achieving the purpose of reducing the installed power, improving the efficiency of the motor and reducing the running energy consumption. Field tests show that the installed power of the motor decreases by40%,the peak value of starting current decreases by 16%,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
