摘  要:随着三元复合驱开发的不断深入,三元复合驱采出水中的碳酸根和硅含量不断上升,造成某三元区块污水处理系统处理难度大,现场沉降分离效果差,外输水含油量和悬浮固体含量超标。经过现场调查以及室内实验分析发现:一是由于污水站上游的A、B两座转油放水站分离采出水含油量不定期超标,造成下游三元污水处理站沉降罐进水含油量过高,影响采出水处理效果;二是由于污水中成垢离子过饱和,不断析出造成过滤罐筛管结垢加快,影响过滤效果;三是由于上游的A转油放水站外输水与B转油放水站外输水不配伍,造成下游三元污水站沉降罐进水中硅酸和碱土金属碳酸盐过饱和,从中析出大量硅酸、非晶质二氧化硅和碱土金属碳酸盐微粒,增加了采出水中悬浮固体的去除难度;四是由于三元污水存在乳化现象,油水分离难度大较难处理。根据分析结果,针对性地采取化学法改善三元采出水处理效果、三元采出水过滤罐在线清洗解决措施,改善了采出水处理效果。with the continuous deep penetration of the three-dimensional complex flooding,the carbonates and silicon content in the water extracted by the three-dimensional complex flooding increased continuously,resulting in great difficulty in the sewage treatment system of a three-dimensional block,poor field settlement separation effect,oil content and suspended solids in external water transmission.The body content exceeds the standard.Through field investigation and analysis of laboratory experiments,it is found that:first,the oil content of the separated produced water from two oil-transferring and water-discharging stations A and B upstream of the sewage station exceeds the standard irregularly,resulting in the high oil content of the water in the settlement tank of the downstream three-yuan sewage treatment station,which affects the treatment effect of produced water.Secondly,scaling ions in sewage are supersaturated and constantly precipitate out,resulting in accelerated scaling of sieve tube of filter tank and affecting the filtering effect.Three is due to the upstream of the water standing water and oil B turn oil drain stand outside water not compatibility,caused the downstream ternary sewage station precipitation tank into the water and alkaline earth metal carbonate supersaturated silicate,precipitation from A large number of silicate,the amorphous silica and alkaline earth metal carbonate particles,increased the difficulty of the produced water suspended solids removal,Fourth,it is difficult to separate oil and water because of emulsification.According to the analysis results,the chemical method was adopted to improve the treatment effect of ternary produced water and the on-line cleaning measures of ternary produced water filter tank were taken to improve the treatment effect of ternary produced water.
