流通领域皮革类服装质量现状

摘　　要：模拟真实消费行为,在流通领域采集皮革、毛皮和毛革服装样品,根据消费者关注重点和产品质量投诉热点,分别对服装的外观质量、内在性能、安全性能进行测试,包括服装使用说明、感官质量、摩擦色牢度(干擦、湿擦)、撕裂力(皮)、掉毛情况(毛)、耐洗涤性能、pH值、游离甲醛、可分解有害芳香胺染料。测试结果表明,“羊剪绒服装”的面料成分、皮革服装的撕裂力和色牢度、毛皮服装的pH值和甲醛、服装的标签信息、真皮服装干洗后皮板变硬情况和可分解有害芳香胺染料均存在一定的质量问题。Simulating the real consumption behavior,sampling of leather garment,fur garment and double-face garment in circulation field,test the appearance quality,intrinsic performance and safety performance of clothing according to the focus of consumers'attention and the hot spot of product quality complaint,respectively.Including instructions for use,sensory quality,color fastness to rubbing(dry and wet),tear force(for leather),hair losing(for fur and double-face),washing resistance,pH value,free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde,banned azo colourants.The test results show that there are some quality problems about the material of“sheared sheepskin garment”,the tearing force and color fastness of leather garment,the pH value and free formaldehyde of fur garment,the label information of clothing,hardening of leather clothing after dry cleaning and banned azo colourants.
