摘  要:中国公务员录用制度是在吸收中国古代科举传统以及新中国干部录用经验的基础上,借鉴西方公务员考试录用制度建立起来的。自1993年正式建立至今,中国公务员录用制度已运行发展了26年。26年来,公务员录用制度与时俱进,不断发展,呈现出录用条件完善化、录用考试科学化、录用管理规范化等变革趋势,为我国公务员队伍提供了大量人才,极大地促进了国家治理能力现代化水平的提高。On the basis of absorbing the tradition of ancient Chinese imperial examination and the experience of new China's cadre recruitment,China's civil servant recruitment system is established by drawing lessons from the western civil servant recruitment system.Since its formal establishment in 1993,China's civil service recruitment system has been in operation for 26 years.Over the past 26 years,the recruitment system of civil servants has kept pace with the times and developed continuously,presenting the reform trend of perfect recruitment conditions,scientific recruitment examination and standardized recruitment management,providing a large number of talents for China's civil servants and greatly promoting the improvement of the modernization level of national governance ability.
