摘 要:Vienna整流器在空间矢量调制(SVM)下输入电流过零点会产生畸变,降低电流总谐波畸变率(THD)。本文首先针对采用dq坐标系双环控制下的交错并联Vienna整流器,从SVM等效调制波的角度阐述了Vienna整流器输入电流过零点畸变的原因,并提出一种过零钳位空间调制策略,通过优化输入电流过零点附近扇区内冗余矢量的分配,避免输入电流过零点的畸变,降低了输入电流THD,该策略实施简单,无需额外计算量。其次,分析这种调制策略的适用范围以及对Vienna整流器中点电流、电感电流纹波的影响。结果表明,和传统SVM相比,本文所提方式适用范围广,在抑制电流过零点波形畸变的同时能够减少附近的电流纹波。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提调制方式的有效性和理论分析的正确性。The input currents of Vienna rectifier with Space-Vector Modulation are distorted seriously around zero-crossing point. In this paper, the cause of current distortion around zero-crossing point is analyzed in the two-channel interleaved Vienna Rectifier System with dual-loop control under d-q rotation frame. Then, an improved space vector modulation method for Vienna rectifier is proposed. The proposed method is easy to implement without extra calculation. To avoid input current distortion, the redundant vector is rearranged in particular sectors, where the input current is around zero-crossing point. In addition, the application range of the proposed method is analyzed, and the performance of the method such as mid-point current and current ripple is analyzed compared with the traditional SVM. Finally, the performance of the proposed method is verified by simulation and experiment.
