摘  要:针对某型机车牵引变流器振动过大的问题,通过添乘测试了解了牵引变流器实际振动环境及从车轮到牵引变流器内部的振动特性,确定了振动来源以及振动过大的原因,并与IEC61373标准进行对比;通过开展实测谱验证,成功复现了牵引变流器内部某电气设备的振动故障。在此基础上提出了针对性的减振方案,利用有限元软件对减振方案进行基于实测数据的仿真对比计算。结果表明,提出的减振方案具有明显的减振效果,能够显著降低牵引变流器在振动冲击激励下的应力水平。Aiming at the excessive vibration of a locomotive traction converter,the actual vibration environment and the vibration transmission characteristics from the wheel to traction converter were studied by field tests,and comparing with the IEC 61373 standard,the vibration source and the cause of excessive vibration were determined.By carrying out an experimental verification based on the measured spectrum,the vibration fault of a certain electrical equipment inside the traction converter was successfully reproduced.On this basis,the vibration reduction scheme for the installation structure of the traction converter was proposed,and the comparative numerical simulation of the vibration reduction scheme based on the measured data was carried out by using a FEM software.The results show that the vibration reduction scheme proposed has obvious damping effect and can significantly reduce the stress level of the traction converter under vibration and shock excitation.
