摘　　要：在对社区居家养老服务供应链服务质量影响因素及因素间的因果关系分析的基础上,运用系统动力学的方法构建了社区居家养老服务供应链服务质量基础模型及信息共享模型,运用Vensim软件进行仿真分析。结果显示:引入信息共享的模型要优于基础模型,具体表现在养老服务集成商和养老服务供应商在订单堆积上有明显的减弱现象;二者的工作负荷也有一定程度的弱化且振动剧烈程度趋缓;老年人需求订单的满意率得到了一定程度的提升。根据上述模型仿真运行结果,提出加强信息平台的建设和监管、将养老服务内容定制化和模块化、明确服务集成商定位、跨链协调、充分发挥政府主导作用等对策建议,为提高社区居家养老服务供应链服务质量及整体运作效率提供了理论支持。Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and causality between the factors affecting the service quality of the community home care service chain,the system dynamics method is used to construct the service quality basic model and information sharing model of the community home care service supply chain by using Vensim software to make a simulation analysis.The results show that the model of information sharing is better than the basic model,which is manifested in the obvious weakening of the accumulation of orders by the pension service integrators and the aged service providers;the workload of the two also has a certain degree of weakening and vibration severity slowdown;the satisfaction rate of demand orders for the elderly has been improved to some extent.According to the simulation results of the above model,the paper proposes to strengthen the construction and supervision of the information platform,customize and modularize the content of the aged service,clarify the positioning of the service integrator,coordinate the cross-chain,and give full play to the government's leading role,so as to provide the theoretical support to improve the service quality and overall operation efficiency of the community home care service supply chain.
