新旧动能转换背景下的工业遗产档案价值再造路径探究

摘　　要：工业发展历史上遗留下来的大批遗迹被称为工业遗产,档案是工业遗产的组成部分。在新旧动能转换的社会发展背景之下,一大批产能过剩的工业企业面临着淘汰的局面,但被淘汰的企业所遗留的工业遗产的价值并未消失,工业遗产价值的实现则需要对工业遗产档案的价值进行挖掘,这也是工业遗产档案价值再造的路径。本文从新旧动能转换的背景出发,结合已有的对工业遗产开发的成功经验,以工业遗产档案的价值属性为基础对工业遗产档案价值进行再造,通过开发工业遗产档案的稀缺性价值、审美启智价值和历史价值,对工业遗产进行保护,实现工业遗产的产业升级;工业遗产档案的社会价值和经济价值则是对工业遗产进行宣传的基础,帮助工业遗产商业模式的转换;工业遗产档案价值再造的落脚点在于实现创新,而其独特性价值和科技价值则是工业遗产创新的燃料。最终从工业遗产的保护、宣传和创新三个方面研究工业遗产档案的螺旋再造路径。A large number of relics left over from the history of industry are called industrial heritage,and archives are part of industrial heritage.In the context of transformation from the old growth drivers of the industry to the new ones,a large number of industrial enterprises with excessive capacity are facing elimination.However,the value of the industrial heritage left by the eliminated enterprises has not disappeared,and the realization of industrial heritage value requires the excavation of archives value,which is also the path for the recreation of archives value.Based on the background of the transformation from the old growth drivers of the industry to the new ones and the successful experience of industrial heritage development,this paper studies the value recreation path of industrial heritage archives from three aspects:protection,propaganda and innovation.
