清嘉庆朝安徽的家庭日常生活——以《清嘉庆朝刑科题本社会史料辑刊》为例

摘　　要：嘉庆朝(1796—1820)刑科题本提供了有关清代中叶安徽民众日常家庭情况的资料,可知当时的人口、婚姻、宗族等情况,如女性寿命要高于男性,生子数量一般在两个左右,宗族之间有相互帮助也有纠纷。法律规定与实践之间存有差异。亲属之间关系密切但纠纷却不断,在“亲亲”“尊尊”的儒家伦理道德下,仅靠秩序并不能减缓冲突,还得靠情感来调节。The Legal Case Records of Grand Secretariats during Jiaqing period(1796-1820)provides materials about the daily life of Anhui people in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.Information about population,marriage,clan,etc.at that time can be seen:women’s life span was higher than that of men;the number of children in a family was generally two;there were mutual help as well as disputes between clans;there were differences between legal regulations and practice;the relationship between relatives was close but the disputes were constant.Under the Confucian ethics of "being close to relatives"and" respecting the respectable",order alone could not relieve conflicts,which had to be adjusted by emotions.
