新型聚酯润滑剂及在PVC硬质透明片材中的应用研究

摘　　要：以高效触媒为催化剂和特殊生产工艺,制备了一种新型结构的聚酯润滑剂PETS-A,并采用红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪和热老化箱等手段对PETS-A润滑剂进行了表征。考察了PETS-A润滑剂对硬质PVC透明片材的塑化性能、热稳定性以及耐黄变性能的影响。研究发现,PETS-A润滑剂有利于提高和改善硬质PVC透明片材的塑化性能(0.5份的PETS-A使塑化时间缩短了50 s)、热稳定性(1份的PETS-A使热稳定时间延长54 s)和耐黄变性能,其最佳用量为0.5-1.0份之间。A novel polyester lubricant PETS-A was prepared by a peculiar technology with a high efficiency catalyst.The properties of PETS-A were characterized by means of the infrared spectrum,differential scanning calorimeter and thermal aging box,etc.The effects of PETS-A on the plasticizing property,thermal stability and resistance to yellow changing of PVC transparent sheets was respectively studied.The results were found that the lubricant PETS-A helps improve the PVC rigid transparent sheets*plasticizing properties(shortened by 50 seconds at 0.5 pbw content of PETS-A),thermal stability(prolonged by 54 seconds at 1 pbw content of PETS-A)and resistance to yellow changing(with the optimal content of PETS-A of being 0.5-1.0 pbw).It shows that the PVC with PETS-A shows superior application properties than similar products at home and abroad.
