摘  要:采用浸没沉淀相转化方法制膜,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为膜结构调控和亲水化改性的添加剂,考察了在PVDF和丝瓜络纤维含量分别为16%和1.2%的铸膜液体系中,PVA的聚合度和添加量对PVDF/丝瓜络共混膜的亲疏水性、纯水通量和截留率的影响规律,PVA改性膜以及对模拟废水的处理性能。结果表明:PVA的加入,使得共混膜表面膜孔趋于圆孔,同时孔隙率提高,接触角继续减小。分别以过滤腐植酸和海藻酸钠两种典型污染物配制的模拟废水为处理对象时,改性膜比通量衰减幅度较小,膜稳定通量高。The membrane was formed by an immersion-precipitation phase transformation method. Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was used as the additive of membrane structure regulating and hydrophilic modification. Effects of the degree of polymerization and the dosage of PVA on hydrophilia and hydrophobicity, pure water flux and rejection of PVDF/luffa blend membrane, and treatment performance of PVA modified membrane on simulated wastewater were investigated in the casting solution systems with PVDF and luffa complex fiber contents of 16% and 1.2%, respectively. The results showed that with the addition of PVA, membrane pores on the surface of blend membrane tended to be round, meanwhile the porosity increased and the contact angle continued to decrease. When the simulated wastewater prepared with humic acid and sodium alginate respectively were used as filtration objects, the modified membrane had a smaller attenuation than the flux and a higher stable flux. Hydrophilic sodium alginate was more susceptible to membrane fouling than hydrophobic humic acid.
