摘  要:为缓解机场客运接驳专线在营运过程中因固定发车间隔及营运车型与需求不匹配造成的成本较高和资源浪费等问题,在满足乘客需求的前提下,以线路营运者成本和使用者成本之和最低为目标,构建营运车辆容量和发车间隔优化模型。厦门机场客运接驳专线的应用实例证明,所建模型能够有效解决因固定发车间隔以及营运车型与需求不匹配带来的高成本问题。从提高机场客运接驳交通的营运效益出发,对机场专线客运企业提出其他优化建议。In order to alleviate the high cost and waste of resources caused by fixed departure intervals and unmatched vehicle models during the operation,this paper,under the premise of meeting passengers′demands,establishes an optimized model of capacity and departure interval of operating vehicles with the goal of minimizing the cost sum of operators and users.Then an example demonstration is carried out through the Xiamen Airport transfer line,which proves that the model can effectively reduce the cost caused by the fixed departure intervals and the mismatch between the vehicle models and the demands.Finally,this paper provides some other suggestions on the optimization for airport passenger transportation enterprises based on the principle of increasing benefit of airport feeder transportation.
