摘  要:为提高钢纤维的耐蚀性,分析常温锌系磷化在提高钢纤维耐蚀性的效果以及磷化处理后钢纤维混凝土的力学性能,确定磷化处理钢纤维的工艺流程。通过点铜试验、SEM、电化学方法对比分析处理后的磷化钢纤维与不锈钢钢纤维、普通钢纤维的耐蚀性。结果表明:与普通钢纤维相比,磷化处理后的钢纤维的耐蚀性能有明显提高,与不锈钢纤维耐蚀性能相近。通过混凝土力学性能试验对不同钢纤维混凝土的力学性能进行分析,结果表明:经磷化处理的钢纤维混凝土的各项力学性能指标较未经处理的钢纤维混凝土及不锈钢纤维混凝土无明显变化,且磷化钢纤维对混凝土早期强度有所提升。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel fibers,the phosphorization effects of zinc series at the room temperature in improving the corrosion resistance of steel fibers and the mechanical properties of steel fibers after the phosphatization treatment are analyzed,and the process of phosphating treatment of steel fibers is determined.The comparative analysis of the corrosion resistance of the phosphorization-treated steel fibers,stainless steel fibers and ordinary steel fibers are carried out by the copper test,SEM and electrochemical method.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the phosphated steel fibers is obviously improved compared with that of the ordinary steel fibers,which is similar to that of stainless steel fibers.After the mechanical properties of different steel fiber concretes are analyzed by the mechanical performance test of concrete,the results show that there are no obvious changes in the mechanical performance indexes of steel fiber concrete treated by the phosphorization compared with the untreated steel fiber concrete and stainless steel fiber concrete,and however the phosphated steel fiber contributes to the slight increase of the early strength of concrete.
