摘 要:为检验滑模控制策略在负载大范围变化时的有效性,对加入电子负载的Vienna整流器进行了稳定性分析。改进了Buck变换器中李雅普诺夫指数的计算方法,并通过最大李雅普诺夫指数和分岔图,分析了在输入电压、输出电容和负载电阻变化时,Buck变换器中存在的动力学现象;通过仿真分析了不同工作模式的Buck变换器作为电子负载对Vienna整流器的影响,并检验了突加突卸负载时交流侧电流和直流侧输出电压的稳态、瞬态特性。结果表明:当负载为工作在连续导电模式的Buck变换器时,在启动、突加突卸负载的过程中,稳态的交流侧电流谐波均达到了DO-160G的要求,输出直流电压的稳态、瞬态特性均符合国军标181A-2003的规定。To verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy under load changes over a wide range,this paper analyzes the stability of the Vienna rectifier with electronic load.The calculation method of the Lyapunov characteristic exponents in Buck converter is improved,and the nonlinear dynamics behaviors in the Buck converter are analyzed through the maximal Lyapunov characteristic exponent and the bifurcation diagram when the input voltage,output capacitance,and load resistance changes.Then,through the simulation,the effect of the Buck converter in different operating modes on Vienna rectifier is analyzed,and the steady-state and transient characteristics of the AC side current and the DC side output voltage after the sudden loading and unloading are tested.The results show that,when the Buck converter operating in CCM is used as the electronic load of the Vienna rectifier,steady-state AC side current harmonics can meet the requirements of DO-160G,the steady-state and transient characteristics of the output DC voltage can meet the requirements of 181A-2003 during startup,loading and unloading.
