摘  要:轴流转桨式水轮机通过叶片操作机构控制桨叶的角度,实现水轮机的高效运行。作为目前世界上单机容量最大的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组,水口电站的水轮机转轮叶片操作机构曾发生过2次活塞杆断裂事故,造成机组非计划性停役,已经严重威胁到设备的可靠运行。通过分析对比水轮机操作机构历次改造结构的优缺点及可靠性,结合水口电站增容改造,对叶片操作机构进行了改进。改进后,无论从施工还是受力方面均能满足现场实际,显著提升检修质量,提升机组运行可靠性,可作为类似机组的设计借鉴。The blade angle is controlled by the blade operating mechanism of the axial-flow rotor turbine by now,which realizes the efficient operation of the turbine.As the largest single-unit capacity in the world,the blade operating mechanism of the turbine runner in Shuikou hydropower station has suffered two piston rod rupture accidents,resulting in unplanned shutdown of the unit,which has seriously threatened the reliable operation of the equipment.By analyzing and comparing the advantages,disadvantages and reliability of turbine operation mechanism retrofitted in previous times,combined with the capacity increase retrofitting of Shuikou power station,the blade operation mechanism was improved.After the improvement,both construction and force can meet the actual site,significantly improve the quality of maintenance,improve the reliability of unit operation,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar units.
