摘　　要：目的分析梅州地区健康成人血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,建立成人血清SOD的参考区间。方法选取梅州地区健康成人1 598名,其中男792名(49.59%)、女806名(50.41%),检测其血清SOD。使用非参数排序法计算P2.5~P97.5区间,作为参考区间。结果不同性别及年龄各组血清SOD水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),故按年龄及性别分别建立参考区间,分别为:18~54岁男性144~313 U/mL,18~54岁女性144~290 U/mL,≥55岁男性120~261 U/mL,≥55岁女性131~231 U/mL。结论初步建立了梅州地区健康成人血清SOD参考区间。Objective To investigate serum level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in healthy adults in Meizhou,and to establish the reference interval for serum SOD.Methods A total of 1 598 healthy adults,including 792 males(49.59%)and 806 females(50.41%),were enrolled.Serum SOD was determined,and the reference interval was determined by percentile method(P2.5-P97.5).Results Serum SOD levels varied between ages and sex(P<0.05).The reference intervals were determined according to ages and sex,respectively,144-313 U/mL for 18-54-year-old males,144-290 U/mL for 18-54-year-old females,120-261 U/mL for≥55-year-old males and 131-231 U/mL for≥55-year-old females.Conclusions The reference intervals of serum SOD have been preliminarily established in Meizhou healthy adults.
