基于创新型人才培养的商务经济学专业建设改革研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济体制改革不断深入,高等教育事业也在不断发展,但国家与社会对应用型人才的需求日益凸显,培养大学生的创新能力、综合能力显得尤为重要。文章通过分析我国创新型商务人才需求的现状,预测我国高端的创新型商务人才缺口呈现扩大的趋势,进而明确我国商务经济学创新型人才培养的目标定位,在此基础上进一步分析我国商务经济学专业建设的现状,最后提出基于创新型人才培养的我国商务经济学专业建设改革的对策。Along with the continuous progress in the reform of economic system in China,a career in higher education is also developing continuously.The demand of the State and Society for the applied talents is becoming increasingly prominent.It is particularly important to cultivate college students'innovative and comprehensive abilities.This paper analyses the current situation of the demand for innovative business talents,forecasts that the gap of high-quality innovative business talents is expanding in China,and makes clear the target positioning of training the innovative talents.On this foundation,it analyzes the status of the construction of Business Economics in our country.Finally,it puts forward the specific measures for the construction of Business Economics Specialty based on cultivating the innovative talents.
