核电站MPD100A-M保护控制器误动原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：文章在介绍核电站MPD100A-M保护控制器基本结构和功能的基础上,通过检查保护控制器的电流互感器接线方式和保护设定参数,对核电站凝汽器真空系统电机异常停运事件进行了分析,该故障的根本原因是保护控制器的一二级测量互感器接线错误,导致保护控制器电气参数超出设定值,引起电机异常停运,建议在今后的检修工作中,加强对保护控制器的功能检验,并制定管理规程定期对保护控制器进行更换。Based on the introduction to the basic structure and function of MPD100A-M,the motor protection controller at the nuclear power plant,this paper analyzes the abnormal outage of the condenser vacuum system motor by checking the current transformer connection mode and protection settings.The root cause of the failure is the controller′s first-level current transformer wiring error,which caused the protection controller electrical parameters to exceed the settings,and the motor to be powered off.It is proposed that more attention be paid to the function verification of the protection controller and regulations be developed to periodically replace the protection controller.
