摘  要:SF6气体中的矿物油含量,是重要的SF6气体检测指标之一,目前检测SF6气体中矿物油所使用的红外光谱法存在试验操作复杂、试验时间长、需要保持低温等缺点。更无法在现场开展该试验,严重制约着运行的SF6气体中矿物油含量的准确检测。文章提出了一种采用半透膜吸附、红外光谱分析的SF6气体中矿物油含量快速检测方法,能够同时适用于实验室和现场检测试验,该方法具有操作简单、检测迅速、无需控温、检测精度高等优点。同时,文章还提出了SF6气体中矿物油含量标准气配制方法,研制出相应的标准气配制装置,解决了使用SF6气体中矿物油含量检测装置测量矿物油含量时的标准量值传递问题,可实现对SF6气体中矿物油含量检测装置进行直接校准。The mineral oil content in sulfur hexafluoride gas is one of the important gas detection indexes.At present,the infrared spectroscopy method for detecting mineral oil in SF6 gas has the disadvantages of complicated test operation,long test time and low temperature.More importantly,the test cannot be carried out on site,which seriously restricts the accurate detection of the mineral oil content in the SF6 gas.In this paper,a rapid detection method for mineral oil content in SF6 gas is proposed,using semi-permeable membrane adsorption and infrared spectroscopy analysis,which can be applied to both laboratory and on-site testing.This method has the advantages of simple operation and rapid detection,no need to control temperature,high detection accuracy and so on.At the same time,the paper also proposes a standard gas preparation method for mineral oil content in SF6 gas,and develops a corresponding standard gas preparation device to solve the standard quantity transfer when using mineral oil content detection device in SF6 gas to measure mineral oil content.The problem can directly calibrate the mineral oil content detection device in SF6 gas,which effectively guarantees the reliable detection of mineral oil content in SF6 gas,and provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the inflated power equipment.
