摘  要:针对机组进行脱硝改造后,低温省煤器频繁发生磨损泄漏问题,对高温空预器出口至低温省煤器的烟道流场及灰场进行数值模拟分析,找出了原因并设计优化改造方案,优化后低温省煤器入口截面烟气流场分布较为理想,灰场亦有较为明显的改善,模型的整体压损增加仅约为10Pa,提高了机组的安全性与经济性,此结果可供工程技术人员参考。For the leakage problem of the low temperature economizer after modification of the unit,a numerical simulation analysis is made from the high temperature air preheater outlets to low temperature economizer flue dust and flow field and the reason is found out and the design is optimized.After optimization,the distribution of smoke flow in low temperature economizer inlet section is relatively ideal,the ash field is also obviously improved,the overall pressure loss of the model increases by about 10 Pa and thus increases safety and economy of the unit.The results can be used for reference for engineering and technical personnel.
